Cecily Braden's patented Lymphatic Brush Set, reimagined in a glossy limited-edition tortoiseshell finish, and only a select few Cecily Braden accounts are able to offer it. As a premier vendor, I'm one of them. These are the same brushes I use in my treatment room to visibly depuff the face, now in a keepsake version that arrives gift-boxed and ready to give.
The Lymphatic Brush was named Harper's Bazaar's 2026 Best Beauty Tool of the Year. Quantities are very small, and once this edition sells out, it won't be made again.
What Makes It Different
Not every Cecily Braden retailer can sell this edition. It's released only to select premier vendors, so you won't find it in most shops, and never through Amazon, eBay or unauthorized sellers. Every set I sell is authentic and sourced directly.
Inside, it's the original patented Lymphatic Brush, the design that created the lymphatic brushing category. What makes this edition special is the tortoiseshell finish, the limited-edition cases and a presentation box made to keep.
What's Included
- Tortoiseshell Handles: A polished, high-shine tortoiseshell finish, crafted from certified recycled materials.
- Small Brush: Longer, softer bristles for the delicate areas of the face, including around the eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks.
- Large Brush: Shorter, firmer bristles for the chest, neck, jawline, forehead and body.
- Limited-Edition Cases: Protective cases made from recycled and recyclable materials.
- Presentation Box: A rigid, reusable tortoiseshell box with hot-stamped detailing, ready to give.
- Instruction Guide: Cecily's step-by-step brushing guide.
What Makes It Stand Out
- Visibly depuffs: Gentle, directional brushing helps reduce the look of puffiness around the eyes, cheeks and jawline, often after just one session.
- Leaves skin looking refreshed: Morning puffiness and a tired look are visibly lifted in a few minutes.
- Defines the jawline and cheekbones: As puffiness goes down, your natural contours look more sculpted.
- Feels calming: The slow, rhythmic strokes make it a relaxing few minutes in your day.
- Made for face and body: Two bristle densities give you the right pressure from head to toe.
- Gentle on sensitive skin: The vegan bristles are soft and durable, and they won't scratch or irritate fragile skin.
Why You Need Both Brushes
The two brushes look alike, but they're made to do different jobs. The Small Brush has longer, softer bristles for delicate areas, and the Large Brush has shorter, firmer bristles for broader areas and the body. Used together, they give you the right amount of pressure everywhere you brush.
How to Use
Brush on clean, dry skin. Keep the bristles in full contact with your skin and use light, slow sweeps that gently move the skin rather than pressing into it. Follow your lymphatic pathways toward the nearest lymph nodes: down the neck, along the jawline toward the ears, and outward across the face. Use the Large Brush on the neck, jawline and forehead, and switch to the Small Brush around the eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks. Relax and breathe as you go. Pressure isn't the point; contact and rhythm are.
With your order, you'll receive a link to my Lymphatic Brushing Master Class in your order confirmation email, so you can follow along step by step.
Caring for Your Brushes
Spray the bristles with 70% or higher isopropyl alcohol and wipe them with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, wash with an unscented antibacterial soap, rinse, and dry with the bristles facing down. Don't submerge the brushes in water.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is the Limited Edition different from the regular Lymphatic Brush Set?
A: The brushes and bristles are the same patented design. The Limited Edition has a tortoiseshell finish, limited-edition cases and a presentation box, and it's only available through select premier vendors while quantities last.
Q: Why can't I find the Limited Edition everywhere?
A: Cecily Braden released this edition only to select premier vendors, so most retailers don't carry it. I'm honored to be one of the few accounts offering it, and quantities are very limited.
Q: Why does the Limited Edition cost more than the regular set?
A: You're getting the collectible tortoiseshell design, the limited-edition cases and a keepsake presentation box, in an edition only a few retailers can offer. If you'd rather have the classic design, the regular Lymphatic Brush Set has the same patented brushes.
Q: Is it a good gift?
A: It's one of the most special gifts in my holiday edit. It arrives in a keepsake presentation box, so it's ready to give as is.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: The Limited Edition ships mid-November. If your order includes other products, everything ships together once the Limited Edition arrives. If you need something sooner, place it as a separate order.
Q: Is the original worth it compared to cheaper lymphatic brushes?
A: The difference comes down to bristle quality, density and how the brush feels on the skin over months of daily use. I break down what sets the original apart from the dupes here: is the original worth it?
Q: How often should I use it?
A: Daily is ideal. Most people brush for a few minutes in the morning to help with puffiness, but evening works too.
Q: Can I use it on my body?
A: Yes. The Large Brush is made for the body as well as the face.
Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes. The bristles are soft and won't scratch or irritate sensitive or fragile skin.
Q: Are there times I should avoid lymphatic brushing?
A: Avoid brushing over open wounds, active or inflamed breakouts, sunburn or areas recovering from recent surgery. If you have an infection, fever or a medical condition that affects your lymphatic system, check with your healthcare provider before lymphatic brushing.
Q: Will this edition be restocked?
A: This is a one-time limited edition. Cecily made it in very small quantities, and once it sells out, it won't be made again.
