Shipping policy

Shipping

I personally prepare and pack each Heaven on Earth order and typically have orders on their way within 1–2 business days.

Shipping is just $5, with complimentary shipping on orders of $85 or more.

Once your order is on its way, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. You’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

A complimentary skincare sample is included with every order.

APO / FPO Military Addresses

Shipping is available to APO and FPO addresses.

Need to Change Your Order?

Orders are prepared quickly, but when you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll be happy to help when the order has not yet shipped.

Email support@heavenonearthapsen.com  or call or text (970) 925-2278.

Shipping to a Business Address

When shipping to a business address, please include the company name with your shipping information.

Please Check Your Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including any apartment or suite number. An incomplete or incorrect address may delay delivery or result in additional carrier charges.

Delivery Questions

When tracking shows a delay or there’s a question about a delivery, please contact Heaven on Earth at [heavenonearthaspen@gmail.com](mailto:heavenonearthaspen@gmail.com) or call or text (970) 925-2278 for assistance.
