Skin Script Raspberry Refining Cleanser
6.4 oz
The Skin Script Raspberry Refining Cleanser is one of my favorites for skin that feels congested, looks inflamed, or just isn't as smooth as it could be. With 2% salicylic acid and 2% glycolic acid, it clears clogged pores, blackheads, and surface buildup while improving uneven texture.
What makes it especially effective for breakout-prone skin is raspberry extract. It helps calm the inflammation and visible redness that can come with an active breakout, so you're exfoliating without forgetting that irritated skin also needs to be soothed.
And despite being an exfoliating cleanser, it leaves skin feeling clean and smooth rather than stripped or tight.
What Makes It Different
Two acids do two different jobs. Oil-soluble salicylic acid works inside the pore where excess oil and dead skin can become trapped, while glycolic acid exfoliates dead skin cells on the surface.
That combination makes Raspberry Refining Cleanser especially useful when congestion and uneven texture are happening at the same time. Tea tree oil adds additional purifying support for oily and breakout-prone skin.
Pila's Tip: Aging myself here, but I remember when salicylic acid was the anti-aging ingredient. Even as my skin has gotten drier, I still use the Raspberry Refining Cleanser as an anti-aging cleanser. I love the exfoliation, and it never leaves my skin feeling stripped or tight.
Pairs Well With
Lira ICE Refining Masque — My secret weapon for pimples. The moment you feel one starting, before you can even see it, apply a little ICE Masque directly to the area. Many times you can calm the breakout before it fully comes to the surface.
Skin Script Retinol 2% Exfoliating Scrub/Mask — When congestion and uneven texture need a little more attention, use 1–2 times a week to help clear buildup and keep skin feeling smoother and more refined.
Skin Script Light Aloe Moisturizer — Lightweight hydration for oily and breakout-prone skin without a heavy finish.
How to Use
Apply to dry skin and massage gently. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Use 2–4 times per week and adjust frequency based on how your skin responds. Follow with moisturizer and wear SPF daily.
