Gentle exfoliation for smoother, brighter, clearer-looking skin without the irritation of a traditional peel.
Dermathod Priming Booster Peel Pads are individually wrapped and formulated with a slow-release blend of PHA + LHA. They gradually refine texture, brighten dull-looking skin, and help keep pores clear without the sting or downtime of stronger exfoliating acids.
I especially like them when skin feels a little off: dull, uneven, congested, or more reactive than usual.
Each box contains 30 individually wrapped pads, and I recommend using them 2–3 times a week on the face, neck, chest, and even the backs of the hands.
If your skin needs a reset, this is one of the simplest ways to bring it back.

What They Help With
- Dull or tired-looking skin
- Clogged pores and congestion
- Mild breakouts
- Uneven tone or texture
- Sensitive skin that doesn't tolerate strong acids
- Keratosis pilaris (rough bumps on the arms)
They're an easy way to maintain smooth, clear skin between treatments without overdoing it.
Gentle Exfoliating Pads for Mature Skin
One of the most common concerns I hear from clients is that their skin has lost some of its glow. These peel pads are one of my favorite ways to help bring back brightness and smooth texture without making the skin feel overworked.
The result is skin that looks fresher, more refined, and better able to absorb the products that follow.
Why These Peel Pads Are Different
Unlike stronger exfoliating pads that can leave skin irritated or stripped, these PHA + LHA exfoliating pads use a slower, more controlled approach.
- PHA gently exfoliates while supporting hydration
- LHA helps refine pores and texture
- Glutathione provides antioxidant and brightening support
- Vitamin E supports the skin barrier
- Glycerin helps attract and retain moisture
- Green Tea Extract helps soothe the skin
The result is clearer, smoother, more even-looking skin without the aggressive feel of a traditional peel.
The Dermathod Peel Pads are one of my most requested at-home exfoliating products at the spa.
How to Use Dermathod Priming Booster Peel Pads
After cleansing, swipe the textured side over the face and neck. Flip to the smooth side to finish.
Use any remaining product on your chest and the backs of your hands.
Do not rinse. Let the essence absorb, then follow with serum and moisturizer.
Use 2–3 times per week, or as needed.
Pila's Tip: I recommend these 2–3 nights a week for clients who want brighter, smoother skin but find traditional exfoliating acids too aggressive. They're one of my favorite ways to gently wake up tired-looking skin without the irritation that often comes with stronger peels.
Want More Hydration + Lift?
After using the Dermathod Priming Booster Peel Pads, follow with Intraceuticals Rejuvenate Daily Serum to replenish hydration while helping skin look smoother, firmer, and subtly lifted.
I like this pairing because the Peel Pads help refine texture and remove dull surface buildup, while Rejuvenate gives freshly exfoliated skin the hydration it needs.
Together, they leave skin looking smoother, brighter, and more refreshed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are Dermathod Priming Booster Peel Pads?
A: These gentle PHA + LHA exfoliating pads are designed to smooth, brighten, and prep the skin for the products that follow. They help remove dead surface cells, refine pores, and improve the appearance of uneven texture without the intensity of a traditional peel.
Q: What makes these different from scrubs or stronger peels?
A: They use a slow-release blend of PHA and LHA to exfoliate gradually. Instead of physically scrubbing the skin or relying on a more aggressive peel, they offer a gentler approach to improving texture, dullness, and congestion.
Q: Are these peel pads suitable for sensitive skin?
A: They're formulated as a gentler exfoliation option and can be a good choice for skin that doesn't tolerate stronger acids well. As with any exfoliating product, how often you use them should depend on how your skin responds.
Q: How often should I use them?
A: I recommend starting with 2–3 times per week. You can adjust the frequency based on your skin and how it responds.
Q: Can I use them beyond my face?
A: Absolutely. After using the pad on your face, take the remaining product down your neck and chest and over the backs of your hands. They can also be used on areas with rough texture or keratosis pilaris.
Q: Can I use these exfoliating pads year-round?
A: Yes. Because you're exfoliating the skin, I recommend being diligent about daily sunscreen and adjusting your frequency if your skin becomes more sensitive from weather, other active products, or increased sun exposure.
If smoother texture and brighter-looking skin are the goal, Dermathod Priming Booster Peel Pads are one of my favorite ways to get there.
