What Pila’s Heaven On Earth’s Guests Are Saying About Their Online Virtual Facial Experience

Pila’s online virtual facials are setting the trend in the beauty and skincare world, and there’s no surprise that her clients love their new routines! In this blog, I’m proud to celebrate the clients of Pila and Heaven on Earth by sharing their experiences from their virtual facial parties and treatments. I got the fantastic opportunity to sit down and chat with Gwen, Dede, Cheryl, and Joanna to give you a first-hand look into what the buzz is about!

Lynn: What makes a virtual facial different from getting an in-person treatment?

Joanna: There was a lot more time to talk about the products, and I felt I learned more than in a traditional facial while getting the results of going to the spa

Lynn: In what ways have Pila hosted the party to be engaging or informative?

Dede: Pila was very entertaining and very informative. She included a couple of games for the group to play and provided a recipe for her favorite cocktail!
Joanna: This was a one-on-one experience, so it was a continued conversation throughout the time. She also had activities with fun facts while waiting for the mask to set.

Lynn: What was your favorite part of the party?

Cheryl: Seeing Pila was my favorite part of the facial. The second favorite part was the results! Unbelievable. [She] keeps it lighthearted and laughing while still learning. Pila’s knowledge provides so many tips and tricks that will last a lifetime! I also loved the amount of product I received. We had an incredible time!

Lynn: How was your overall virtual party experience?

Gwen: I will admit that I was skeptical of this whole virtual party idea, but it really was a lot of fun. It started with receiving a box full of goodies at my house! Pila packaged everything so beautifully! Once the virtual party started, it was so nice to see everyone, and by the time the party was over, we were all glowing! I have told several people about our virtual party!
Joanna: The overall virtual facial experience was great. I had personalized time while being in the comfort of my own home.

Lynn: What are some key elements you’ve taken away from the virtual session?

Dede: I think the biggest surprise was finding out that ingredients I was convinced were terrible for my skin (I’m looking at you Parabens!) were actually not the scary things I thought. That and learning that I’m supposed to put on a cleanser before I wet my face. Who knew?!
Gwen: Pila asked us to wash our faces twice. One time to wash off the makeup and the day and the second time to clean our skin. Following this practice has really made my skin feel clean and ready for serum and moisturizer.
Joanna: I have changed my facial routine to include washing my face twice at a time and masking weekly, along with adding some different products that are keeping my face moisturized under a mask all day.

Lynn: Walk me through the process of the virtual party?

Gwen: The process started with Pila sending us a skinterview – a questionnaire about our skin. Then we scheduled a Zoom meeting. A few days before our Zoom meeting, the box full of goodies arrived at our house. In our case, we organized a special “Spa Day” for the Teekay ladies in Houston and Freeport, Texas. This was a special event to celebrate “International Women’s Day,” which was supposed to happen in March but was delayed due to COVID-19.
Joanna: Pila gave great instruction before the day so that I had everything I needed to make it successful. I didn’t have any challenges.

Lynn: How has your perspective changed about these type of events during COVID-19?

Dede: I love the ingenuity of providing virtual facials to groups like ours! COVID-19 has caused a lot of people to have to rethink their business model, and Pila has done a great job!
Joanna: I won’t go to a traditional spa during this time for a couple of different reasons, so this virtual facial gave me the chance to refresh and do something nice while I felt safe at home.

Lynn: Is there any other thoughts you would like to share about your experience?

Cheryl: We looked forward to our facial with Heaven on Earth for weeks. It exceeded our expectations! We had a great time learning about our skin together, playing games, listening to music, and laughing! Thank you for making our sister feel special and so special for each of us! Each of us felt like you took care of our individual skincare needs.
