Heaven on Earth — Delivered offers mobile massage throughout Aspen, Snowmass, and nearby areas. Whether you’re at home, slopeside, or at your hotel, we’ll bring the spa experience directly to you.

What should I expect for an in-home or in-hotel massage?

Your therapist will arrive with everything needed to create a serene environment, including a massage table, linens, and oils. You simply choose the space where you’d like to unwind — everything else is taken care of for you.

Do I need to provide anything for my massage?

Nothing at all. Your therapist brings all necessary equipment and supplies. You may wish to prepare a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax and enjoy your in-home or in-hotel massage experience.

How long are the sessions?

Mobile massage sessions are available in 60 or 90-minute formats. Couples and extended sessions may also be available upon request.

Can I choose my massage style?

Absolutely. Options include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Couples, and Prenatal Massage. Each session is personalized to your needs and comfort level.

Is gratuity included?

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to all mobile massage services. Additional gratuity is never expected but always appreciated for exceptional service.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend scheduling your in-home or in-hotel massage in Aspen at least 24 hours in advance, especially during ski season. Same-day appointments are based on availability and subject to full charge under our cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations, are subject to a 100% service charge.

Are mobile massages year round in Aspen?

Yes. Heaven on Earth — Delivered is available in every season — whether you’re here for winter skiing, summer hiking, or simply to enjoy the mountain air. Relaxation is always in season.

Do you offer group or event massages?

Yes. Heaven on Earth — Delivered can accommodate group, retreat, or special-event requests with advance notice.
